Terms of service

Alaska courts

The State of Alaska, United States, supplies the law for these terms. Conflict rules that would send the question elsewhere are not used. A dispute in court goes to the Alaska state court with jurisdiction in the Municipality of Anchorage, or to the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. Alaska has no counties. Putting Eagle River in the mailing address does not make an Eagle River community court the only venue, and it does not add another street in the city of Anchorage.

Names on the notes

  • Sip Line, Mint Note, and Int Shelf are ordinary passages. They are not a drink business, not an herb, and not an integer product.
  • Site Edge, Mint Count, and Sip Letter do not cast SIPMINT LLC as a platform’s official partner.
  • Those three notes do not promise a review outcome, an install count, a click count, or revenue.
  • Site Edge is not a construction site. Mint Count is not the minting of coins. Sip Letter is not a drink order and not a broker-dealer.
  • Twenty Grand is a street name, not a sum of money.

Refusals

The site and the support mailbox decline fake reviews, incentivized installs, account farming, account rental, fake traffic, and any request for a way around platform rules.

Drawing and wording

The words on the site, and the ring-and-dot drawing, are SIPMINT LLC’s, except a passage marked as yours. A copy kept for personal checking is allowed. Packaging the site as a product, or speaking in the company’s name, needs written consent before it happens.

Attachments

Only files the sender has a right to send should be attached. Passwords do not belong in the letter. Payment cards do not belong in the letter. An identity document naming another person does not belong in the letter.

Checking the record

The legal name, the street address, the phone, the email, business license number 20261184476, and D-U-N-S 143904125 are published for checking. A note page explains what a letter may ask. It is an offer only after a later written reply says so.

As the pages stand

Where the law permits, SIPMINT LLC does not warrant continuous availability, and does not warrant that every sentence is free of error. After a company record changes, the company file is the copy to trust. Indirect loss from using the site, or from relying on a general description, is not assumed, except for liability the applicable law will not allow a contract to limit.

Off-site

An outward link, when one is present, is governed by its own site. Social accounts and store links are absent from the current pages. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts.

Seen terms

2 November 2026. Reading these pages means these terms have been shown. Leave if you do not accept them. Letters to SIPMINT LLC may still be sent outside the site when the law allows that.
